Goodbye to our Sydney store and Hello to our new Melbourne store!

Happy Twenty-Ten to you, and we hope the year brings you all kinds of good things.

Speaking of good things, we still have some bargain sale items left in store, so if you wore your shoes out at endless functions and festivities over Christmas and New Year then now is a great time to grab yourself a new pair at a great price. We have also just had a drop of new styles for the Summer into stores, so please visit and take a closer look.

On a sad note, we said goodbye to our store on Oxford St in Paddington, Sydney on the last day of December 2009. We would like to thank all our customers who visited Mary and the guys in the store over the years. And a big thanks to Mary and team too for all their hard work. But don't be too sad, keep your eyes and ears peeled for a brand new store opening somewhere in the Sydney CBD later in the year.

We will also be launching an online store in the very near future so watch this space!

Melbournians and visitors, we have opened a new Batsanis store on the corner of William and Bourke Streets in the CBD, right on the corner of the new Goldsbrough Lane shopping precinct. Come and visit on your lunch break from work if you're down that end of the city - there are some great surrounding cafes and restaurants there too. You can't miss us, we're sticking right out on the corner opposite Nine West.

So it's been a hectic end to 2009 but at the same time an exciting start to 2010 for Batsanis, and we look forward to seeing you in one of our stores soon!

They’re here… The Doucal’s Range

You had better be quick. A new, superb, and very limited range of Doucal’s styles have just arrived into store, literally a couple of hours ago, hot off the Italian workbench. Exclusive to our Chapel St, Melbourne Central and Lt Collins St stores only.

Also just in – a new casual range of lace ups to brighten your wardrobe. Check them out at all Batsanis stores.

Welcome to the first edition of the What’s New section on our website! Be sure to check back often to see our latest ranges and to stay informed with all that’s happening at Batsanis.

2009 has been an exciting year for us. First, we opened our new boutique store with our new and innovative image in the heart of one of Melbourne's most stylish strips – Little Collins St. This store will showcase our more upmarket styles in our range, manufactured in Europe.

We’ve also recently refurbished our Bridge Rd Richmond store in line with the new Batsanis image and style. It has a sleek new look and a whole lot of space for all our fabulous new Summer styles. There’s also a sale section where you might find a bargain or a unique pair of one-offs in your size.

Before the end of the year we’re going to welcome another brand new store. Keep a look out at the CBW site (corner Bourke & Williams Streets). The newly developed Goldsborough Lane has a great network of shops, cafes and restaurants and Batsanis is excited to be a part of it.
